How to pay the tourist tax?

Tourists are advised to make payment before arriving in Bali via the official Love Bali website or app. Once payment has been made, you will receive an email with a voucher containing a QR code to present at airport or port control. If you do not pay in advance, there are counters available at the airport where you can pay cashless.

Who is exempt from the fee?

Holders of diplomatic and official visas, crew members of means of transport, holders of temporary (KITAS) or permanent (KITAP) residence cards, holders of family reunion visas and student visas are exempt from the fee. Holders of so-called 'golden visas' and other types of visas can apply for a fee waiver through the Love Bali system by applying at least 5 days prior to arrival.
