Returns policy

  1. The User, who is a Consumer, may withdraw from the Contract without stating any reason by making a corresponding declaration within 14 days in accordance with the law.
  2. To comply with the time limit, it is sufficient for the Consumer to make a statement to the Operator before the time limit expires.

  3. The declaration of withdrawal may be sent to the e-mail address of the Operator: info@bali-travelcard.com

  4. The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer in respect of contracts:

    (a) for the provision of services for which the Consumer is liable to pay the price, if the Operator has performed the service in full with the express and prior consent of the Consumer, who has been informed before the performance begins that, after the Operator has performed the service, he will lose his right of withdrawal and has acknowledged this.
