Exclusion of liability

I.OPERATOR

1. The operator provides advisory and support services for the processing and verification of applications for electronic travel permits to Bali via the website.
2. The operator is an independent service provider and is not affiliated to any government agency. You can also apply directly through the official government website [here].
3. Assistance includes support in completing and submitting applications for Bali Tourist Levy. The fee for this service includes professional support, review of the application and submission, as well as any mandatory government fees.

1. The operator shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the user if the data provided by the user is incomplete, incorrect or omitted, resulting in a negative impact on the processing of the application.

   The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from an erroneous decision made by a Bali Customs or Immigration officer after boarding the aircraft or vessel. In addition, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from a decision to refuse or revoke entry to Bali. The Operator's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service provided.

1. Personal data collected by the Operator (Data Controller) shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO).

   As Users provide their personal data voluntarily, they are entitled to:

   • access to their personal data,
   • rectify their data,
   • deletion of data,
   • limitation of processing,
   • data portability,
   • to lodge an objection,
   • withdraw consent at any time.

All rights related to the Online Service, including copyrights, intellectual property rights to the name, the Internet domain, the website of the Online Service and to the forms, logos, are the property of the Operator and may only be used in the manner specified and in accordance with the Terms of Use. Their use and distribution without the consent of the owner is prohibited.

1. By using our services, you agree to abide by our return policy and conditions for the provision of services. Requesting a chargeback outside of certain conditions constitutes a breach of these rules.

   We take chargeback fraud seriously and can report suspicious disputes to payment processors and the relevant authorities. Chargeback fraud may result in a ban on entry into the country of destination, and may also lead to a criminal and civil liability.
